Analysis of myelogram data in patients with HIV infection and hematopoiesis oppression

Objective. To identify risk factors of adverse outcome in patients with HIV infection and cytopenia. Materials methods. The analyzed group included 30 two-line cytopenia pancytopenia. were on inpatient treatment the Budget Healthcare Institution «CTBD №4», BHCI «Regional Clinical Hospital», Omsk. Results discussion. Hematopoiesis was found 14 (46,66%), while dyseritropoiesis noted 4 (13,33%), dysgranulocytopoiesis 3 (10%), cellular rejuvenation granulocyte series 2 (6,67%), mononuclear cells (involutive forms megakaryocytes) 5 (13,33%). As progresses experience increasing number severity hematological abnormalities hemograms myelograms. Early correction hematopoietic disorders allows to improve quality these patients’ life. Myelodysplasia emergence myelogram or without ARV therapy statistically differed only a megakaryocytic germ. death scale is developed, basis clinical data, obtained results bone marrow research, based regression equations.
